Bruno Mars, When I was you man: testo e video

Come il precedente “Locked Out of Heaven”, anche il video di “When I Was Your man” è stato diretto dal 27enne regista e cantante Cameron Duddy. E’ un binomio affiatato quello tra i due, poiché già per alcuni pezzi del precedente disco, hanno collaborato anche, come per “The Lazy Song,” e “The Other Side”.

Anche per questo video, che potete vedere dopo il salto, è rimasta l’atmosfera retrò dei precedenti lavori. Al centro del concept troviamo Bruno Mars al pianoforte mentre esegue la canzone, secondo estratto dall’album Unorthodox Jukebox. Un tema semplice, forse troppo ripetitivo che rischia di limitare l’emozione del brano in questione

Unorthodox Jukebox è il titolo del nuovo album di Bruno Mars, in uscita il prossimo 11 dicembre 2012.

In attesa di poter ascoltare interamente il suo disco di inediti, il cantante ha rilasciato un nuovo singolo promozionale. Si tratta di “When I Was your man“, una ballad nella quale l’artista canta della ragazza persa e ormai di un altro uomo a causa della sua incapacità di trattarla come davvero meritava.
