Sia, Alive è il nuovo singolo (scritto originariamente per Adele): testo, traduzione e audio ufficiale

Sia ha rivelato il titolo del suo nuovo singolo, Alive.

Sarà questo il brano che anticipa il prossimo album della cantante, dopo l’ottimo successo ottenuto con il suo precedente disco, 1000 Forms of Fear. A trainare il progetto uscito a luglio 2014, era stato il tormentone Chandelier, in grado di schizzare ai primi posti delle classifiche di tutto il mondo. Seguirono, poi, Big Girls Cry, Elastic Heart e Fire Meet Gasoline.

Alive verrà rilasciato il 26 settembre 2015 e anticiperà This is Acting. Vi avevamo già parlato del lavoro, raccontato dalla stessa cantautrice:

“Sono super-produttiva. Ho un disco pronto da rilasciare ed è molto più pop. L’ho chiamato “This is Acting” perché sono canzoni che ho scritto per altre persone, perciò non le ho scritte pensando ‘Questa è una cosa che vorrei dire’. E’ più come una recitazione. E’ divertente.”

Proprio il primo singolo è stato ufficializzato. Alive, per la precisione, doveva essere registrato e inciso da Adele.

“Si tratta della [sua] vita, così ora canterò il brano dalla [sua] prospettiva”

Insieme al brano, anche gli altri sono potenziali hit non registrate da altri colleghi artisti:

“Ho queste canzoni fatte e pronte, sono [state] respinto, ma mi sembravano … buone, così ho continuato a tenerle per me stessa”

Nella sua carriera, Sia ha collaborato con numerose cantanti note a livello internazionale come Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Beyonce e Britney Spears.
