Cher, Dressed to Kill: “Questo è il mio tour d’addio”

Cher ha dato ufficialmente l’addio al pubblico durante l’ultima tappa del suo Dressed to Kill tour. La cantante ha dichiarato, senza alcun dubbio, di aver preso una decisione finale e definitiva:

“Non sto scherzando, questo è il mio tour d’addio. Giuro su Dio. Non tornerò mai indietro, è così”

Prima di questa serie di concerti, Cher aveva calcato i palcoscenici solo oltre dieci anni fa, nel 2002, con il Living Proof: The Farewell Tour. A partire da marzo 2013, i suoi live hanno incassato circa 30 milioni di dollari. Un successo a cui ha deciso di mettere personalmente -e apertamente- la parola fine durante la sua tappa a Edmonton.

Ancora non è chiaro, invece, se la cantante continuerà a pubblicare dischi nei prossimi anni dopo l’ultimo lavoro, Closer to the Truth.
