Kasabian, Bumblebee: testo, traduzione e video

Se Eeh-Ez aveva imbenzinato a sufficienza i fan prima dell’uscita dell’attesissimo nuovo disco 48:13, grazie ad un ritmo esagerato e all’orecchiabilità portate al massimo, come nuovo singolo dei Kasabian è stata scelta Bumblebee, un brano che riporta alle atmosfere più classiche della band di Leicester.

Nel corso delle registrazioni Serge Pizzorno, chitarrista della band e vero portavoce assieme al cantante Tom Meghan, aveva rivelato che il titolo Bumblebee era stato suggerito dal figlio Ennio:

È molto interessato alla nostra roba e ha dato il titolo ad una canzone, Bumblebee: c’è in sottofondo questo ronzio e lui ha continuato a chiedermi per tutto il giorno “Metti su l’ape occupata, metti su l’ape occupata”. Ho pensato “Gli rubo il titolo”, poi l’ho cambiato un po’: Busy Bee non è così bello come Bumblebee.

I Kasabian saranno in Italia per due date live fissate per il prossimo autunno: il 31 Ottobre a Roma al Palalottomatica e 1 Novembre al Mediolanum Forum di Assago, a Milano.
