Bene le Fifth Harmony che ottengono due vittorie, come miglior gruppo (battendo Chainsmokers e Maroon 5) e per la canzone preferita (Work from Home a discapito di Ariana Grande, Adele e Justin Timberlake). Cantante donna dell’anno è Selena Gomez (anche in questo caso con la sconfitta di nomi importanti come Adele e Beyoncé) mentre Shawn Mendes ha trionfato nella categoria maschile (tra gli altri nominati Drake e Justin Bieber).
