9 novembre 2015, Marilyn Manson fa tappa italiana all’Obihall di Firenze, proprio alla vigilia della venuta di Papa Francesco nel capoluogo toscano. Chiunque sia in grado di fare due più due non si sconvolgerà certo scoprendo che il Reverendo, anche da quel palco, si sia lanciato in una delle sue tanto contestate quanto chiacchierate gesta blasfeme: in questo caso, nello specifico, il nostro ha bruciato una Bibbia nel corso dello show. Che cattivone vero.
Come potete vedere nel video in apertura, Manson si è dato alla piromania blasfema durante il brano Antichrist Superstar per la gioia dei fan accorsi al suo cospetto armati di smartphone. Parole di biasimo sono state spese nei confronti di questa sua ultima provocazione da tutta o quasi la stampa nazionale come se il nostro avesse fatto parte fino a ieri del Coro dell’Antoniano.
